Our processors will import the loan into the lender portal and manage the file comprehensively until it is disbursed and Quality Control (QC) has been completed.
$995 Single Lien – A/E AUS Findings through QC
For files already imported into the lender system with the product selected and AUS (Automated Underwriting System) successfully run with valid findings, we will start by inputting fees and manage the file until it is disbursed and QC has been completed.
$1,445 Simultaneous 1st & 2nd – Full Service from Import to QC
Our processors will import both loans into the lender portal and manage the files comprehensively until they are disbursed and QC has been completed.
$1,245 Simultaneous 1st & 2nd – A/E AUS Findings through QC
For files already imported into the lender system with the product selected and AUS successfully run with valid findings, we will start by inputting fees and manage the files until they are disbursed and QC has been completed.
$695 VA IRRRLs & FHA Streamlines – Full Service from Import to QC
Our processors will import the loan into the lender portal and manage the file comprehensively until it is disbursed and QC has been completed.
